Customers may return products purchased from our website within 30 days of delivery under the following conditions:

• CBD or Delta 9 products must be unopened and unused.

• Merchandise items must be in new, unwashed, and unworn condition.

Once your request is approved, we will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number. Please clearly write this number on the outside of your return package to ensure timely processing.

💳 Refunds & Exchanges

• Refunds will be issued to the original purchaser using the original payment method.

• Please allow 3–5 business days for your bank to process the refund after confirmation.

• Exchanges are limited to items of equal or lesser value and are subject to availability. If an exchange item is unavailable, we’ll issue a refund instead.
